Overview As an Electrical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the final assembly, wiring, and system integration of medium- and high-frequency power supply units and control panels. You'll work hands-on in a collaborative, onsite environment, transforming detailed blueprints and technical drawings into fully functional equipment that meets customer specifications. Your attention to detail and electrical/mechanical aptitude will be key to delivering top-tier products on time and safely. Required Skills Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and BOMs 1-3 years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience, preferably in manufacturing Proficiency with hand tools and basic electrical wiring techniques Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity Ability to perform electrical terminations, wiring, and troubleshooting at a basic level Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and metric conversions Commitment to safety policies and a clean working environment Nice to Have Skills Experience with panel wiring and control system assembly Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems Blueprint reading and schematic interpretation expertise Certification in electrical or industrial assembly Forklift certification Preferred Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent, Trade school certification highly valued Prior experience in panel building, electrical wiring, or manufacturing settings Other Requirements Steel-toe boots (company offers a stipend, but employees must provide their own initially) Safety glasses Ability to work onsite, typically from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with some flexibility Willingness to support occasional off-site service or installation work as needed This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company with competitive pay starting at $22.00-$26.00 per hour, potential retention bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and 401(k) contributions.
