Job Description

We're looking for people who take ownership, think creatively, and enjoy hands-on technical work. Contribute to our success by… Reading and understanding electrical prints. Building and wiring various electrical assemblies including, main system control panels, HMI enclosures, operator push-button enclosures. Using a creative mindset to route and terminate electrical connections within various electrical enclosures. Interface satellite devices with electrical enclosures by determining cable routing and termination points. Perform point-to-point checks through conductivity testing to verify quality of electrical connections within electrical enclosures. Reading and understanding mechanical and pneumatic prints. Building a variety of mechanical assemblies ranging from simple to complex. Staging equipment in a cell according to the mechanical layout drawing. Determining pneumatic routing within a staged cell and making terminations. Setting up electromechanical assemblies according to their functional requirements. Adjusting electrical and mechanical assemblies to improve performance. Assembling robot end of arm tools mechanically, electrically, and pneumatically. Working closely with and communicating with our Engineers and Technicians.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED). Self-driven with a strong work ethic. Collaborative along with the ability to work independently. Meet customer standards through high quality of work. Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments. Ability to read electrical prints, layout prints, & mechanical drawings. Attentive to detail.
Preferred:
Previous electrical and mechanical assembly experience. Knowledge of pneumatic system schematics, and pneumatic devices. Basic understanding of electrical circuits. Basic fastener knowledge and an understanding of torque. Working knowledge of hand and power tools. Experience with manual vertical milling machine, lathe, and drill press. Ability to weld is a plus.
