Campbell Drive (Show on map) Aug 20, 2026 Job Summary/Overview The Radio Assembler assembles and wires standard radio receivers, standard transmitters, and related component parts to meet customer specifications, ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Obtain customer orders through ERP or Business Management System. Understand and interpret the work orders, bills of materials, and drawings. Obtain the necessary tools, parts, and components. Perform all assembly, wiring and labeling activities for standard radio products. Ensure the assembly is in working condition and meets departmental appearance standards and customer specifications. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. Work overtime as needed to meet customer requested ship dates. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards. Use established systems to signal replenishment of materials. Complete special projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities Requires the ability to operate a wide variety of small hand and power tools, wire cutters, crimpers, and strippers. Requires the ability to learn basic soldering skills. Requires the ability to operate a computer and its job related software. Ability to read and comprehend product specifications, drawings, and job orders. Ability to complete required paperwork, documentation, and records. Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization. Required Qualifications Requires high school diploma or equivalent and six to twelve months of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
