Extension is seeking an Electrical Assembler for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in New Berlin ! Overview We are seeking a skilled Electrical Wirer / Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing team specializing in industrial equipment. This role involves assembling, wiring, and testing mechanical and electrical components according to detailed specifications. Responsibilities Assemble, wire, and test equipment according to work instructions, blueprints, schematics, and sales orders Read and interpret technical drawings, inspection plans, and written procedures Perform basic electrical troubleshooting to ensure proper product function Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and gauges to complete assembly tasks Complete required production, quality, and testing documentation accurately Meet production schedules and support team workflow and efficiency goals Ensure products meet quality and performance standards before shipment Qualifications Minimum 1 year of electrical wiring experience (required) At least 1 year of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting skills Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Basic math, problem-solving, and communication skills
Salary & Schedule Pay:
Up to $25 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time, 40-50 hours per week
Shift:
Early morning start (approximately 5:00-6:00 AM)
Overtime:
Approximately 10 hours per week currently, paid at time-and-a-half
Employment Type:
Direct hire, full-time
Pay:
$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
