•THURSDAY Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision, following detailed blueprints and schematics. Your expertise in using measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and specialized industrial tools will ensure the production of high-quality products. Duties Assemble mechanical parts and systems according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and production documents Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to verify dimensions and tolerances Interpret technical drawings and mechanical blueprints accurately to guide assembly processes Operate manual and power tools, including pneumatic tools and specialized industrial tools, safely and effectively Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments to ensure assemblies meet specifications Handle materials manually with proper ergonomic techniques and adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols Maintain a clean and organized work area, follow safety procedures, including PPE use, and report any safety concerns or equipment issues Experience Proven experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing or warehouse environment Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices Knowledge of shop math applicable to manufacturing settings Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment safely Experience with soldering or machining is a plus but not required Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret technical documentation accurately Join us in delivering top-tier manufacturing solutions!
