Job Description

KP Staffing is now hiring Mechanical assemblers in Phoenix! Job Summary The Mechanical assembler will assemble manufactured products and pack them according to specifications while meeting daily production and quality requirements. This role supports production line operations using sheet metal experience, tools, and blueprint or schematic reading skills. Pay $20 per hour Shift 1st shift: 5 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., Monday - Friday Duties Assemble manufactured products according to specifications Read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation Use hand tools to complete assigned tasks Maintain logs, records, and reports related to production and machine maintenance Inventory tools, parts, and supplies Support production demands by working assigned overtime and weekends as required Qualifications At least 1-2 years of relevant assembly experience Experience working with sheet metal Experience working on a production line with daily quotas Knowledge of impacts, manual torque wrenches, and tape measure reading up to 1/16th of an inch Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics Detail oriented and consistent Works well as a productive member of a team Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift up to 30 pounds at a time Manual dexterity to assemble products or machines as directed Excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components Must wear gloves and ear protection Job Type Contract To Hire How to Apply Start by submitting your resume or visit KP Staffing Phoenix for an in-person interview.
