$18.50- $22.
Schedule:
Monday- Thursday, 6:20 AM

Experience Requirements:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and instructions Basic mechanical aptitude required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience working with small parts is a plusJob Duties:
Assemble small components made of plastic, metal, and rubber Follow manufacturing drawings, specifications, and work instructions Operate mechanical arbor presses to assemble products Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications Work at various assembly stations throughout the production process Position and align parts accurately using fixtures and tooling Maintain productivity while ensuring quality standards are met Support continuous workflow and team production goalsPhysical Capabilities:
Ability to handle and manipulate small parts throughout the shift Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods Lift and move materials as neededBenefits:
