Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a related field. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
