Attention to detail is key. Most candidates that have worked in outdoor labor type jobs find success doing this. If they have done order picking in a a/c warehouse, they usually don't like this. Employees need to be able to understand basic English, but it does not have to be their primary languageQualifications Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC lathes, injection molding machines, extrusion lines, or press brakes within a plastics production environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment and robotic systems effectively. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC operations, and automation systems is highly desirable. Ability to perform precise measurements using dial calipers, micrometers, or other measurement instruments for quality control purposes. Basic math skills for calculations related to measurements, dimensions, and machine settings. Experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts; forklift certification is preferred. Knowledge of safety procedures in an industrial setting to maintain a safe working environment. Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management is a plus.
