Manufacturing handcrafts professional leather tool belts and carrying systems in Santa Rosa, California. We are hiring hardware assembly operators to set fasteners and build our tool carrying systems. Responsibilities Set rivets and install snaps to spec, seated and working. Run punch machines to produce holes at the correct size and location. Change your own dies and punches. Turn and shape sewn assemblies for the next operation. Join components into finished tool bag and belt systems. Check your own work and enter your job starts, stops, and quantities in our production system. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) Qualifications Proven experience with mechanical assembly or manufacturing processes in an industrial setting Experience setting rivets, snaps, grommets, or similar hardware, or assembling bags, belts, or leather/sewn goods. If you do not have it, we will train the right person. Good hand strength and dexterity for repetitive work. Ability to operate industrial equipment safely and effectively. Reliable attendance, including assigned overtime and occasional Saturdays. Able to follow work instructions in English or Spanish. Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
