In this energetic role, you will operate a variety of industrial equipment, assemble intricate parts, and ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help us deliver exceptional products to our customers while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Responsibilities Operate machinery such as CNC lathes, press brake machines, plastics injection molding, extrusion equipment, and robotic systems with precision and confidence. Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot industrial equipment to maintain optimal production flow. Assemble components accurately using hand tools and assembly techniques, ensuring adherence to specifications. Conduct quality inspections utilizing dimensional measurements and precision measuring instruments to verify product standards. Handle materials safely using forklifts and proper materials handling procedures within the warehouse environment. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and assist in engineering troubleshooting to resolve operational issues swiftly. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment for all team members. Requirements Proven experience in plastics blow molding, plastics injection molding, extrusion, or plastics production is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in machining processes such as CNC operations and measurement (quality control). Ability to operate industrial equipment including CNC machines, press brake machines, robotic systems, and hand tools effectively. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality inspections are essential. Warehouse experience or materials handling skills with forklift certification is a plus. Knowledge of safety protocols and engineering troubleshooting techniques related to manufacturing equipment.
