- mechanical components using hand tools, fixtures, and detailed work instructions Build and test wire harness connections Crimp, strip, and terminate 22-24 AWG wires Insert contacts and perform electronics-level soldering Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Perform rework or adjustments when needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Previous assembly experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprint requirements Experience working with 22-24 AWG wires is a plus Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently (heavier loads may require team lifting) Preferred Skills & Certifications
