In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient production of high-quality equipment, supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation. Duties Assemble mechanical parts and systems using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to detailed schematics and blueprints. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly processes. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify component dimensions and tolerances. Perform welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication tasks as required for assembly projects. Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely when handling large or heavy components. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or inconsistencies using precision measuring instruments. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience with mechanical assembly in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and machining tools. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely. Experience with fabrication processes including welding and machining is advantageous. Valid forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
