$20.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE + Bonus Eligibility Build the Future of Power Distribution A growing manufacturer of custom electrical power distribution equipment is seeking Mechanical Assemblers (Levels I-III) to join its production team in Denver, Colorado. This is an opportunity to work on complex, engineered products that support critical infrastructure across industries including utilities, data centers, energy, transportation, water treatment, and commercial construction. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies used in low and medium voltage electrical equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Align, fit, and install sheet metal, structural steel, cable tray, and related components. Drill, tap, and modify equipment as required by engineering specifications. Utilize hand and power tools to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently. Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and overhead cranes when needed. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing, industrial, fabrication, or electrical equipment environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment. Work Environment This position is based in a manufacturing facility and requires standing, walking, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
