• Assembly Technicians
• to join a growing manufacturing team in Longmont, CO. In this role, you will assemble and test high-precision gas distribution and semiconductor process equipment used in advanced technology applications worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical assembly experience who enjoy working in a quality-focused, high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Job Responsibilities
• + Assemble mechanical and electrical systems from engineering drawings and specifications + Build sub-assemblies and large-scale equipment using hand and power tools + Perform electrical crimping, wiring, and component installation + Conduct testing and inspections to ensure quality and performance standards are met + Support hydro-testing activities and accurately document results + Follow ISO9001 quality standards and manufacturing procedures + Maintain a controlled manufacturing environment and comply with safety protocols + Use basic computer programs to document work and communicate with team members + Participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives + Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams •Qualifications•+ High School Diploma OR ged + 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical documentation + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment + Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment + Electrical crimping and wiring experience + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Basic computer skills + Ability to work independently and within a team environment •Work Environment•+ Fully onsite in Longmont, CO + Monday-Friday schedule with some start-time flexibility + Controlled manufacturing environment with strict quality standards + ISO9001-certified facility focused on safety and excellence •Job Type & Location•This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.
