Qualifications:

Be strong physically - you will be handling large parts and using a gantry to assist Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly without strain and stand 6 hours per day Be very mechanically inclined Skilled in power tools including saws for building crates Proficient with hand tools and measuring instruments Able to read blueprints Organization skill and detail orientation with attention to quality work A team player with a demonstrated record of getting along with team members, including managers Nice to have

Experience:

Past assembly of mechanical or fluid power equipment. Having worked with valves, engines, pumps, gear reducers or transmissions would be very helpful. Forklift operation Basic operation of mills, lathes, keyway and hydraulic presses Responsibilities include : Final assembly of industrial mixers - motors, gearboxes, shafts and hardware Build skids and shipping crates Participate in quality improvement initiatives Keep work area clean and orderly. Become cross trained in other areas of the manufacturing process such as machining, welding, polishing and shipping and receiving. Communicate well with all members of our team Continually learn and grow
