Winsted, CT | $18/hour | Contract-to-Hire Opportunities Looking for an opportunity to get started—or grow—in manufacturing We have immediate openings for Hand Assemblers and Grind Machine Operators with a company located in the Winsted/Litchfield County area. These positions are a great fit for candidates with some manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, or technical/vocational school training. Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in hands-on manufacturing are encouraged to apply! Hand Assemblers Work with small components and use your attention to detail to assemble quality products. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work and can follow instructions and specifications carefully. Grind Machine Operators This is more than just a machine operator position—it offers a solid opportunity for growth. Start by learning to operate the equipment and, as your skills develop, have the opportunity to advance into machine setup and additional responsibilities.
