Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining turret and/or hardware insertion machines and related equipment to produce high-quality components. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery, blueprint reading, and manufacturing processes, with an emphasis on precision and safety in a fast-paced factory environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment, contributing to innovative projects and operational excellence. Responsibilities Program and set up equipment to achieve precise results. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings to determine machining requirements. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery. Handle materials using forklifts and other tools safely within the manufacturing facility. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Assist in fabrication, assembly line tasks, tooling setup, and packaging as needed to support production workflows. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience operating machines, and/ or related manufacturing equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in factory environments and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T standards, and precision measurement techniques. Ability to operate hand tools and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Experience with tooling setup, fabrication, materials handling (including forklift operation), and assembly line procedures preferred.
