2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities Available We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join a manufacturing team as an Entry-Level Assembler / Machine Operator . This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing and production. While previous manufacturing experience is helpful, we are also open to candidates with strong work histories who are willing to learn and work in a production environment. What We're Looking For Reliable candidates with a strong history of job stability and decent tenure with previous employers Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, construction, or other hands-on environments is a plus Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable using basic hand tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Dependable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift Responsibilities Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include: Assemble components and finished products Operate basic production machinery and equipment Follow work instructions and production procedures Inspect parts and products for quality Use hand tools, measuring devices, and other basic equipment Load and unload materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production and quality expectations Follow all company safety procedures Schedule 2nd
