Purpose of Position:
The purpose of the Opto-Mechanical Assembler is to assemble high quality electrical and optical parts under the guidelines established by standard operating procedures and supervisory personnel. The job is highly repetitive in nature, and requires constant concentration.
Job Duties:
Follow prescribed instructions and procedures. Record required data during the build process. Train others in processes and procedures as requested. Follow safety requirements at all times. Interpersonal skills to communicate with co-workers and train others. Manage time and workflow to meet required daily quota. Attention to detail. Exhibit flexibility in switching tasks as directed by the supervisor or lead. Will not discuss or disclose any confidential or proprietary information that is available. Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisory or management personnel.
