You will work under the direct guidance of a certified senior assembler to ensure parts are cleaned and finished to precise standards. This position requires adherence to established protocols while you work toward achieving full certification within your first 120 days on the job. Key Duties Acquire proficiency in the operation and maintenance of various deburring equipment. Study technical blueprints to help ensure that all finished components meet quality specifications. Ensure all production records and labor entries are logged with high accuracy. Help maintain a safe and compliant workplace by following all established EHS and quality guidelines. Contribute to team success by engaging in safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Perform duties under close supervision, receiving specific guidance for every task. Build your professional skillset while familiarizing yourself with internal policies to execute daily routines. Execute repetitive tasks that require minimal independent judgment or decision-making. Utilize various hand tools, power tools, cutters, and precision measuring instruments. Commit to working more than 40 hours per week when necessary to support operational goals. Perform additional responsibilities as requested, including the ability to work extra hours. Maintain flexibility to work outside of typical business hours. Remain available to work during holiday periods if business demands arise. Support the organization by working extended shifts as required by production needs. The assignment is expected to last 6 months with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
