  • What's the Job?
  • + Assemble and disassemble various types of foam fixtures + Operate foaming, undercoating, and bead blasting equipment + Operate manual lathes, CNC mills, Bridgeports + Ability to work from blueprints and schematics + Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor + Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively + Stand, bend, and move materials or equipment between stations + Work in conditions involving heavy lifting and use of machinery •What's Needed?
  • + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds + Capable of standing, bending, twisting, and kneeling for extended periods + Able to perform repetitive tasks for long hours + Commitment to working consistently and safely + Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or on a team + High attention to detail and quality standards + Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks + Team-oriented attitude + Willingness to train on additional equipment (forklifts, hoists, pallet jacks, etc.
