In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring all products meet quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with measuring instruments, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. Schedule:

6AM-2:30PM Monday to Friday @ $20.00/hr Responsibilities Assemble mechanical parts and systems according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and production documents. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools to verify component dimensions. Interpret technical drawings and mechanical blueprints accurately to ensure proper assembly. Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools safely and effectively. Perform manual handling tasks involving small components and heavy parts while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct quality checks using shop math and measurement instruments to ensure assemblies meet specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Follow safety guidelines related to the use of PPE, shop equipment, and handling of materials. Skills Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and interpretation of manufacturing documentation. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical assembly processes. Skilled in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools. Familiarity with shop math necessary for measurements and calculations during assembly. Experience operating hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately for precise assembly work. Knowledge of soldering techniques and machining processes is a plus. Prior warehouse experience is advantageous for parts handling and inventory control. Understanding of safety procedures related to PPE use and manual handling tasks.
