Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions Experience using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and quality standards Ability to identify and report defects or assembly issues to supervisors Comfortable working with heavy components and operating lifting equipment (cranes, forklifts) Ability to perform precise alignment and adjustment of machine components Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with physical demands and safety requirements

Job Duties:

Install mechanical and electrical components onto machine tools during manufacturing Assemble a variety of parts and sub-assemblies per engineering and production specifications Read and interpret assembly drawings and technical documentation for new machines Ensure all required parts and materials are available at the assembly station Align, adjust, and modify sheet metal components to ensure proper fit and function Install electrical components and wiring for machine systems as required Visually inspect machines for quality issues, including weld defects, paint damage, or surface imperfections Operate cranes to lift and install heavy components such as hydraulic pumps and transformers Use a walk-behind forklift to move and position parts and materials Utilize hand tools, drills, grinders, and air-powered tools for assembly tasks Solid Pay, Clean Floors, and Safety First.
