Temp-to-Hire Position Overview Snelling is currently recruiting for a Production Assembler to join a leading manufacturing company in Louisville. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic assembly experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing. You'll work in a climate-controlled facility on a 4-day workweek, with opportunities for overtime, quarterly profitability bonuses, and advancement. What You'll Do Assemble industrial machinery using hand and power tools Install mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components Read and follow mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams Follow established work instructions and safety procedures Perform quality checks to ensure assemblies meet company standards Work as part of a team to meet production schedules Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Stand for approximately 9-10 hours per shift Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic assembly experience strongly preferred Manufacturing, construction, or skilled labor experience is a plus Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, and schematics Basic math skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
