We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team producing high-precision electromechanical products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with assembly, wiring, soldering, or manufacturing experience who want to build their skills in a clean, quality-focused environment. What You'll Do Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical products, components, and subassemblies Fit, align, and adjust precision parts to meet exact specifications and tight tolerances Cut, strip, solder, crimp, and terminate small-gauge wiring using hand and power tools Perform functional testing and inspections to verify product performance and quality Follow assembly procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support process improvements and assist with developing assembly procedures Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals What We're Looking For Experience with electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, wiring, or production environments Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Experience with soldering, wire termination, and testing processes is highly preferred Benefits
