Job Description

Electro-Mechanical Assembler I About the Role We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble, test, and inspect high-precision electro-mechanical products and subassemblies. This role requires experience with wiring, soldering, crimping, product testing, and precision assembly in a manufacturing environment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications. Key Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications Perform fitting, alignment, and adjustment of precision components to close tolerances Cut, strip, solder, crimp, and terminate small-gauge wires and cables Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete builds Set up and perform functional testing using manual and automated test equipment Inspect products to ensure compliance with customer and quality requirements Troubleshoot minor assembly and testing issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment Assist in developing assembly procedures and work instructions Support training of team members on assembly and testing methods Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Technical or vocational training in Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred 1-3+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly Experience with soldering, crimping, wire harness assembly, and cable termination Ability to read assembly instructions, drawings, and specifications Experience using electrical test equipment and hand tools IPC-A-610 and
IPC-A-620
training or certification preferred Strong attention to detail and quality focus Basic computer skills Strong communication and teamwork skills
