These are long-term, direct hire opportunities in a clean, professional manufacturing environment assembling high-precision mechanical products and subassemblies. • 3:30 PM What You'll Do Assemble mechanical products and precision subassemblies Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Use hand tools, testing equipment, and measuring devices Fit, align, and adjust components to required tolerances Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Support testing and production requirements as needed Requirements (Must Have) 1-3+ years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience Ability to read basic mechanical drawings or blueprints Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity High School Diploma or GED required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift This role is not suitable for warehouse-only or entry-level general labor candidates.
