Duties Set up and operate machinery such as CNC lathes, CNC machines, press brake machines, and plastics extrusion equipment with precision and efficiency Perform quality inspections using dimensional measurements and precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet specifications Utilize hand tools and measurement devices for assembly tasks and adjustments during production runs Handle materials safely using forklift trucks and materials handling equipment within warehouse settings Troubleshoot mechanical issues with industrial equipment and robotic systems, applying engineering troubleshooting techniques Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and optimize performance Assist in the setup of plastics blow molding, injection molding, or extrusion processes as needed for production cycles Document production data accurately, including measurements, inspection results, and machine logs Experience Proven experience operating manufacturing equipment such as CNC lathes, CNC machinery, press brake machines, or robotic systems in a production environment Hands-on plastics production experience including plastics blow molding, injection molding, or extrusion processes is highly desirable Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues effectively Familiarity with quality inspection techniques using measurement tools for dimensional accuracy and quality control Warehouse experience including materials handling with forklifts is a plus Basic math skills necessary for measurement calculations and process adjustments Ability to read technical drawings or engineering specifications is advantageous Prior experience working with hand tools and precision measuring instruments in a manufacturing setting is preferred Join us in creating innovative solutions through manufacturing excellence!
