Job Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Firearms Assembly & Machine Operator . This position involves assembling firearm components, operating production machinery, following detailed instructions, and supporting various production tasks based on daily business needs. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates, including recent high school graduates, to gain hands-on manufacturing experience

Responsibilities:

Assemble firearms and firearm components according to established procedures and quality standards. Operate production machinery and equipment as assigned. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Maintain consistent production pace and quality throughout the shift. Adapt to changing responsibilities and production priorities as needed. Work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to company privacy and confidentiality requirements. #INDLI Experience Previous assembly or manufacturing experience. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. English proficiency is not required for Spanish-speaking applicants. Experience operating manufacturing equipment is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequent use of hands for assembly and machine operation. Ability to move throughout the production area as needed. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
