Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Mechanical Assembler and become a vital contributor to the creation of high-quality, precision-engineered products. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that each product meets strict quality standards. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to detailed schematics and blueprints. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure precise assembly and fabrication. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and quality standards. Operate machining equipment, welding tools, soldering stations, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or discrepancies, making adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations, including proper handling of materials in warehouse settings. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve manufacturing workflows. Requirements Proven experience with mechanical assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions meticulously. Familiarity with warehouse operations, forklift operation (preferred), machining processes, and safety protocols. Basic understanding of welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication techniques is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong manual dexterity; able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
