The ideal candidate will:

• have previous leasing experience in student housing
• have prior experience in customer service
• have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• enthusiasm for leasing apartments!

This is a part time position, reporting directly to the Leasing Manager Candidate must be able to pass a drug test, have a valid drivers license. Discounted housing available on site or at one of our sister communities (Paddock, Wyatt, Forest View on 11th) Health insurance, paid time off, vacation pay, bonuses, and leasing commissions are part of the benefit package.
