Job Description
Machine Operator/Assembler Mount Pleasant, MI 48858 Full-time Full-time Pay will be negotiated based on Experience and Skill level. Job Overview We are seeking a CNC Machinist/Operator and Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Operation & Setup of HAAS Milling Machines. You will be responsible for machining and assembly of components used for the equipment that we manufacture. The current and future workload has increased, therefore we are looking for the right person to support this effort. Qualifications
- Experience in Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining, or a related field
- Experience with Haas (Milling & Turning) Equipment is a plus, but not necessary.
- The ideal candidate to have some basic Haas Controller experience
- Machine Setup and Running programs.
- Familiar with common hand tools for assembly of machined components.
- Solid understanding of mechanical design principles and common fabrication methodologies.
- Familiarity with drafting standards and the ability to read detailed schematics.
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move components (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Use of provided personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
