Assemble hatches and panels using hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, torque tools, tape measures, etc.) Read and follow blueprints to ensure accurate, top‑quality builds Prep panels for painting—apply insulation, hang parts, and get them ready for finishing Package completed assemblies and prepare orders for shipment Cross‑train in multiple departments so your work stays fresh and your skills keep growing 🧰 What You Bring If you're mechanically inclined, you'll fit right in. 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable reading blueprints and using a tape measure Confident with hand and power tools High school diploma or equivalent ⭐ Why You'll Love Working Here This company invests in you—your skills, your growth, and your long‑term success. Metal manufacturing environment (similar to an auto body shop) Expect a hands‑on, fast‑paced role Steel‑toed boots required Pants and short‑ or long‑sleeve shirts Multiple shifts available—including first shift and weekend shift Some mandatory overtime may occur Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
