• Thursday schedule) Positive, collaborative shop culture Advancement and growth opportunities Duties of the machine operator and assembler: Run production machines to fabricate recreational components Use hand and power tools for parts assembly Follow blueprints and technical drawings for accuracy Trim, deburr, and inspect finished parts for quality Maintain a clean workstation and organized floor Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance Coordinate with the team to hit daily production targets Assist with onboarding and training new staff Requirements of the machine operator and assembler: High school diploma or GED Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of rotational molding is a plus Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated work style Reliable attendance for the 2nd shift schedule
