Operator I - 1st

Shift Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 4:30 am - 3 pm We are hiring an Assembler I to perform routine assembly and production work in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble small components according to work instructions and procedures Use a microscope for detailed assembly and inspection Complete production and quality documentation accurately Follow safety, quality, and company procedures Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Maintain product traceability and quality standards

Requirements:

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable handling small parts and components Basic computer skills Ability to make decisions and prioritize tasks High school diploma or equivalent preferred Overtime may be required based on business needs Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Thank you for taking the time to read through this job posting.
