Role:
Join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment assembling precision mechanical and electro-mechanical products used in: Surgical robots MRI machines Hospital beds Farm equipment Automation technology Build brakes, clutches, gear motors, drives, and other precision components while gaining opportunities to advance into specialized assembly departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components Read blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Use hand and power tools safely and accurately Perform quality inspections using calipers and micrometers Complete sub-assemblies and final assemblies Support production goals in a low-volume, high-mix environment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Qualifications:
1+ year of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and micrometers Strong mechanical aptitude High attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and stay on task
Related Experience:
Medical device assembly Electronics assembly and soldering Gear motor assembly Mechanical troubleshooting and repair Precision manufacturing environments

•$26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
