Machine Team Member Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers on both 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves operating a press machine in small teams to produce parts, rotating through various tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads. Responsibilities include inspecting items as they emerge from the machine, stacking products, and preparing them for shipping. Responsibilities Operate press machines to produce parts efficiently. Rotate through various tasks as directed by supervisors or team leads. Inspect items for quality as they come out of the machine. Stack products and prepare them for shipping. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong teamwork skills. Competency in inspection and general labor tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to work and stand for a 12-hour shift. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work takes place on either 1st Shift from 5:00 am - 3:30 pm or 2nd Shift from 3:30 pm - 2:00 am, Monday through Thursday. The environment features four large presses, with team sizes ranging from 3 to 8 individuals depending on the work order. Candidates should expect to get dirty, wet, and sweaty. The dress code requires steel-toed shoes, jeans, and any work-appropriate shirt. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winona, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
