Job Description

Position Summary:
Efficiently and accurately operate a variety of machinery and tools used in our secondary department ensuring quality of product by following work instructions, blueprints and job orders. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong work ethic, and is passionate about learning our business and improving the quality of their craft
Primary Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor a variety of machines and tools to produce parts according to order specifications Assemble parts per print and quality standards Ensure that work areas are clean and safe at all times Maintain a positive attitude and work with other employees and supervisors in a team oriented environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Basic math skills Ability to read prints, drawings, and specifications. Ability to read and interpret metric measurements and calipers a plus. Excellent time management skills Must be dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation Good communication skills with all levels of personnel, including management Must be able to work well within a team Able to sit or stand for long periods of time Must be able to prioritize work effectively Able to pass a background and drug screening
