As a 2nd shift Mechanical Assembler II, you'll help build the critical components that power aircraft. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about precision, this is your chance to join a high-impact field with real career growth. We have a brand-new state-of-the-art facility which includes new equipment, a cafeteria, onsite fitness gym, golf simulator, outdoor tennis court, basketball court, and pickleball court. Your schedule will be Monday-Friday 3:30 PM - midnight, with overtime on a business need basis. Compensation
  • $1,500 Sign on Bonus
  • 10% shift differential for 2nd shift

  • Competitive Benefits Package, including first day Medical Benefits Your Responsibilities Assemble chassis fixture and load in the Vacuum Braze furnace.
Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment and light equipment. Maintain inventory of product in work stations. Perform quality work checks, identify product defects and record identified defects. Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes. Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Lift up to 25 pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation. Work in a standing position up to 8 hours per day. Work under direct supervision. Normally follow established procedures on routine work. Require instructions on new assignments. Apply basic job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Tasks are semi-routine in nature, but recognizes the need for some judgment.
