Every Week. We run Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Forty hours, four days, three-day weekend — every single week, not just on holidays. No rotating shifts. No nights. About Wall Lenk We've been making things in America since 1864 — and in Kinston since 1966. That's 162 years of continuous manufacturing, which almost no company in this country can say.

We build heated hand tools:

soldering irons and butane torches under the Lenk and Wall names, branding irons under Craftmark and Wallbrand , and private-label tools for some of the biggest brand names on the shelf. Hobbyists, craftspeople, electricians, and industrial shops all use what comes off our floor. Wall Lenk recently came under new ownership. We're investing in the plant — equipment, training, process, and people. You'd be joining at the start of that, not the end of it. What You'll Actually Do You'll set up, run, and maintain production machinery on our floor — and you'll own the quality of what comes off it. Set up and adjust machines for scheduled production runs Run equipment at capacity while holding quality standards Inspect your own output and catch problems before they leave the building Perform routine operator-level maintenance and keep your area clean and safe Read and follow work orders, specs, and safety procedures Record production counts and quality data accurately Flag mechanical issues early and work with maintenance to get them fixed Cross-train on other machines and processes as you grow What We're Looking For Required 18 years or older (the work involves heat, power equipment, and hazardous materials) High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months operating production machinery in a manufacturing setting Able to read basic work orders, gauges, and measurements Able to stand, lift, and work on your feet through a 10-hour shift Reliable attendance — a four-day week only works when the crew shows up Good written and spoken English Helps you stand out Experience with setups and changeovers, not just running a machine someone else set up Basic mechanical troubleshooting — you can tell when a machine is "off" before it makes bad parts Any exposure to 5S, lean, or continuous improvement Soldering, small-assembly, or electrical-component experience

Pay and Benefits Pay:

$10.00

• $14.

00 per hour, depending on experience (see note below)

Monday

• Thursday, 7:00 AM
• 5:30 PM (½-hour unpaid lunch).

Day shift.

Overtime:

Time and one-half for all hours over 40 in a week. Overtime is scheduled and approved in advance — we work to keep it minimal.

Pay day:

Every other week.
