Job Description
Shop Hand Duties:
- Assist with the assembly and fabrication of products using power tools and hand tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Receive and stock inventory in the warehouse
- Operate a forklift to move materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
- Cleaning, grinding, bending, and shaping metal
- Machine operation
- Production part clean up
- Powder coating
- Pickups and deliveries
Skills:
- Proficient in using power tools for various tasks
- Mechanical knowledge to assist with product assembly and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with hand tools and their proper usage
- Experience working in a warehouse setting, handling inventory, and maintaining organization
- Ability to assemble and fabricate products according to specifications
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to work in a repetitive manufacturing setting
- Machine Operating This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
