Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with basic mechanical knowledge. The primary responsibility of this role will be production line support making metal parts. Advancement opportunities are available after 3-6 months with demonstration of mechanical knowledge and maintaining high-quality workmanship. All applicants must be skilled forklift operators.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist production in all areas including forklift operation. Visually check quality aspects of parts. Must be self-motivated working with limited supervision while following verbal and written instructions. Report individual quality & productivity measurables to management Maintain good communication with team members and related internal departments Maintain 5S standards Must be able to perform basic adjustments on equipment as required Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures Identify and promptly report any safety hazards or issues
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. A minimum of 1 year of metal working experience Must have basic mathematical skills Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen
SCHEDULE
6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday Must be willing to work overtime when needed
