Berlin, NJ Overview:

Immediate Direct Hire role in industrial manufacturing No experience required•training provided

Shift/Pay:

7:00 AM•7:00 PM (14 days/month) Rotating schedule (day/night shifts)

Pay:

$20.50/hr + raises every 6 months

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing/packaging equipment Perform quality inspections Troubleshoot basic equipment issues Ensure safe and efficient production

Requirements:

Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Ability to work with heavy machinery Strong work ethic and reliability

Work Environment:

Industrial setting (hot/cold, noisy, heavy equipment) PPE required (steel-toe shoes, ear protection, gloves)
