This is a temp-to-hire position offering consistent Monday - Friday daytime hours and a temporary compensation premium during the contract period. What You'll Be Doing Assemble and wire complex electro-mechanical equipment and components Read and follow blueprints, mechanical drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions Fit, adjust, and align components within required tolerances Build wire harness assemblies Use a variety of hand and power tools Operate production equipment such as engravers, presses, crimpers, riveting equipment, and encapsulation machines Perform thru-hole PCB assembly when required Follow production schedules and established work priorities Use computer systems to review prints, instructions, and production information Work with systems such as Excel and SAP Maintain established quality standards in an ISO manufacturing environment Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles Assist with additional assembly operations as production needs require What We're Looking For 1 - 3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred Candidates with strong mechanical assembly experience and knowledge of electrical/electronic safety practices may also be considered Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics Experience with wire harnesses and component assembly is a plus Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent attention to detail Basic computer skills Build Something You Can Be Proud Of If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable working from blueprints and schematics, and have the attention to detail needed for precision assembly, we want to hear from you.
