Job Description
Your Impact We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Mechanical Assembler to assist in building conveyor and automation components. You will need a solid mechanical background, proficiency in metric measurements and technical blueprints, and a commitment to upholding our organizational and client-specific standards. Depending on your background and provided training, you will be responsible for completing Level 1 through Level 3 assembly tasks. Core Duties Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting metric tape measurements in millimeters. Analyze technical blueprints to troubleshoot and resolve assembly challenges. Collaborate effectively with your colleagues to ensure customer orders are finalized by their scheduled ship dates. Ensure assigned production tasks are finished within the designated time windows, accounting for external delays. Execute Level 1, 2, and 3 product assembly tasks following the completion of necessary training. Carry out essential pre-assembly procedures to prepare components for final build. Help streamline production workflows by submitting accurate pallet dimensions to the packaging department promptly. Uphold a clean and orderly workspace by adhering to 5S standards. Communicate any operational concerns or roadblocks to management or team leads. Contribute to team success by suggesting improvements to existing assembly processes. Ensure full compliance with all workplace regulations, including safety protocols, dress codes, and attendance policies. Assembly Exposure Based on Skill Level Level 1 Assembly Applications Basic System Panels including Safety Fencing and Polycarbonate units (SBE, SBS, SBD, SBF). Allround System configurations (SAE, SAP, SAS, SAD, SAF). Construction of frames and protective guarding. Installation of plastic and aluminum CAL components. Assembly of various conveyor stands.
