High SchoolResponsibilities Assemble electronic and mechanical components into finished products and subassembliesInstall hardware, brackets, wiring, connectors, terminals, and other componentsPerform soldering of wires, terminals, connectors, and electronic componentsComplete wire preparation including cutting, stripping, crimping, tinning, and terminatingUse hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, crimpers, wire strippers, and torque toolsRead and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructionsFit, align, fasten, and secure components according to specificationsPerform bench assembly and detailed component installationInspect solder joints and assembled components for quality and workmanshipPerform basic rework, adjustments, and component replacement as neededVerify completed assemblies are built correctly before moving to the next stageMaintain accurate production and assembly documentationFollow safety, quality, and manufacturing proceduresMaintain an organized workstation and meet daily production goals The essential functions of this role include: working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week Skills Circuit Board Assembling (2 years of experience is preferred)Mechanical Assembling (2 years of experience is required)Electronic Assembling (2 years of experience is required)GluingLine WorkSoldering (1 year of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 1 yearExperience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
