Mechanical Assembler

We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler who is eager to master the art of Precision Deburring. In this role, you will be the final line of defense for quality, ensuring every aerospace and medical component we produce is smooth, safe, and built to exact specifications. No prior deburring experience is required-we will train the right candidate who has a passion for hands-on work.

salary:

$19 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

High SchoolResponsibilities Mechanical Assembly:

Assemble small-to-medium mechanical components using hand tools, torque wrenches, and basic shop equipment. Precision Deburring (Trainee): Learn to use microscopes, pneumatic grinders, and hand files to remove burrs (sharp metal edges) from machined parts.

Blueprint Reading:

Learn to interpret engineering drawings to understand where "critical edges" are located on a part.

Quality Inspection:

Use basic tools like calipers and magnifying glasses to ensure parts meet the high standards of our clients.
