Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal with a minimum of three years of civil litigation experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who takes ownership of their work and serves as a key support to attorneys on complex matters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong judgment, capable of working independently while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of civil litigation, from case inception through trial and resolution Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses and correspondence Perform and oversee state and federal electronic filing (e-filing) Maintain and manage attorney calendars, including tracking court appearances, deadlines and critical dates Coordinate and manage discovery, including large-scale document production and review Organize, maintain and audit case files to ensure accuracy and completeness Communicate professionally with clients, courts and opposing counsel Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit preparation, witness coordination and trial binders Utilize case management and billing software to track matters, time and deadlines
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of civil litigation experience required Paralegal certificate required Experience in labor law is a plus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft 365 required Proficiency with case management and billing software required Notary Public certification is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to priortize, multitask and meet deadlines
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
