09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description You will be the Mechanical Assembly Technician for our Indication line of products used in the Aerospace markets.
What you will be doing:
As a Mechanical Assembly Technician you will be required to work independently with limited support and be able to perform in a 'Build To Print' manufacturing environment utilizing provided manufacturing routings and engineering drawings to perform the tasks required. The successful candidate will possess the knowledge, mechanical aptitude and skills required to plan and safely execute all tasks necessary to assemble complex, high precision hardware, in a high mix low volume shop. Working with our Engineering department to continually improve the processes.
Candidate must have experience with:
Utilization of basic hand tools, soldering equipment. Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings. Effective communication skills to communicate with Engineering and fellow teammates. Ability to solve problems utilizing techniques and methods. Aerospace mechanical assembly experience would be given special consideration. Aerospace bonding processes utilizing various epoxies and glues. Basic understanding of GD&T.
Education and experience:
High School diploma or equivalent GED. Strong mechanical aptitude. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
